Lindsay Donahue   

After taking a Health Information Technology course at Columbia where she met Mike LaRocca in 2015, Lindsay started in an Application Support role on the Managed Services team. Prior to this, she had spent several years “on the ground,” helping hospitals migrate the challenges of electronic medical record adoption.

Since joining Ready, Lindsay has moved into management and now holds a role as Director for the Managed Services team. She participated in the development of Wellbase, our proprietary monitoring software, and has overseen numerous upgrades, ad hocs, and patching efforts. Lindsay’s favorite part of her role is managing the customer relationships and mentoring her team to success. The Managed Services group retains very high customer satisfaction numbers and the team itself is stable, with very little turnover.
