Olivia leads Ready Computing’s human resources department while overseeing all activities pertaining to company culture, payroll, benefits,employee training, immigration, and more. Prior to joining Ready Computing in 2013, Olivia ran her own small business for approximately 10 years during which she invented, designed, and produced artisanal chocolate products, influenced by Chilean and other South American tradition, for leading retailers such as Whole Foods Market. Olivia has leveraged all of her experience as a business owner to standardize key operational practices within Ready Computing, and has been a terrific addition to the management team.
